zhuangshi1

Features & Benefits

  • Efficient Fluid Loss Control: Significantly decreases cement slurry fluid loss. API fluid loss is controlled within 50 mL at standard dosages and can reach below 30 mL with increased dosage.
  • Excellent Salt Resistance: Demonstrates outstanding salinity tolerance, making it fully applicable in saturated salt water environments as well as fresh water systems.
  • Zero Free Water Risk: Effectively controls slurry free water to less than 1 mL, ensuring exceptional slurry stability and preventing gas channeling or sedimentation/stratification.
  • No Adverse Effect on Strength: Within the temperature range of 70 to 90°C, the thickening time increases slightly with temperature, providing a safe operational window without retarding the development of set-cement compressive strength.
  • High Operational Safety: Low sensitivity to field dosage variations with no catastrophic performance flash-setting points, ensuring safe and reliable mixing and placement operations.

Compatibility, Packaging & Storage

  • Compatibility: Offers widespread compatibility, suitable for all grades of oil-well cements defined by GB10238 or API Spec 10A standards. It can be used alone or synergistically with medium-temperature retarder (DOC-H21L), high-temperature retarders (DOC-H31L), and early dispersants (DOC-F41L).
  • Packaging: Packaged in 25 Kg multi-ply paper sacks with an inner high-strength waterproof plastic film, or packaged based on specific global customer requests.
  • Storage Conditions: Should be stored in cool, dry, and well-ventilated dedicated warehouse areas. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 24 months in unopened conditions.
